Returns
At Blooming Beautiful we want our customers to enjoy a hassle free and enjoyable shopping experience. For this reason, we try and make the process of returning goods simple. Please note it is your best interests to check the size of the garments and ask for other measurements if you are not sure, this will save you postage costs on returning orders. When you receive your order you need to let us know within 48 hours whether you will be returning your item(s) for whatever reason. You then have 7 days to return your purchase.
We hope you are happy with your purchase, however we are aware that sometimes clothes purchased online from a picture can look different when you actually receive them. We will be happy to accept the return of any item you have purchased from us, for whatever reason, and will offer you a full refund of the purchase price less postage costs once the item has been received and the condition checked to ensure that it has not been worn.
All that we ask is that you notify us either my email or phone and return your item to us within 7 working days of receipt of your order. Please email bloomingbeautiful@xtra.co.nz.
Please remember that the majority of items offered for sale are second-hand and will rarely be in perfect condition, we aim to point out any defects in the description to allow you to make an informed choice when ordering and we have no intention to mislead. Items are sold on behalf of the seller, Blooming Beautiful cannot be held responsible for any variances in colour or sizing.
Please make sure you track your returning items to us as Blooming Beautiful cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in the post.
If you are returning an item because of an error made on our part or because it is proved to be defective, we will be more than happy to refund the initial delivery charges incurred in sending the goods to you and your costs in returning to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for all delivery charges in connection with your purchase.
No refund will be offered for any postage, packing and insurance costs that are incurred due to items being returned as these are direct costs. Refunds will not be offered for postage charges paid at the time of ordering.

Ordering
Shopping on-line with Blooming Beautiful is quicky, easy, convenient and safe. The security of your purchasing information (including your credit card details) is of great importance to us. We have a number of ways to pay. You can pay by credit card using Paypal and you don't need to have an account with Paypal to do this. We are in no doubt that this process is completely secure but if you would prefer to pay by cheque (post to 19 Greendale Spur Glenfield) or internet banking you can.
Terms & Conditions of Hire
All hire prices include a bond of between $60 to $180 (depending on dress) which covers any damaged caused to the item while being hired. We understand there will be general wear and tear on our hire dress(es) however your bond will be lost if the dress(es) are returned damaged. The bond will be given back once the dress(es) are returned in the same condition they were hired out. The hire prices include drycleaning so the customer does not need to take care of this. If you hire more than one dress you can receive a discount of 20% Hire periods are usually for four days however there is flexiblity if you have two functions to attend. We are able to courier the hire dress to you in a courier box however there will be an added charge for a courier (courier costs include courier to you the customer and return back to Blooming Beautiful).
