The material on this dress is very flattering - it's difficult to see on the photo's but the black-and-silver is actually a layer on top of the same silver material of the bra bit. Both materials are stretchy. This means that the black-and-silver material freely flows over any lumps and bumps, making it very flattering! It's not as shiny as the photos make it out to be, but it does sparkle nicely.
I wore size 3, which fitted well - I was a size 14 prior to this pregnancy. I found the shelf bra to be small for me, but I'm currently a 14 J (bordering ridiculous, really, given I started off as an "E"). I'd say anyone up to F should easily fit it. Note there is no moulding or lining on the inside of the shelf bra, so you will need to have a 'nipple solution'. I wore a moulded strapless bra underneath the dress for this. I'm 186cm (6'2") and the dress came down to my ankles - for most women this would be floor length (or high heels, if you're the type that doesn't swell up when pregnant!).
Loved playing around with the scarf bits, so many options, and ended up draping them in a cross over my back and down the front for a bit of modesty, but all the options on the photos would have done just fine as well.
All in all, I'd recommend this dress, it is quite unique and flexible to suit all types.
